Information on cleaning and maintenance

The housemaid service is provided three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except public holidays). Bedlinen and towels change is made once a week. There is laundry and ironing services for extra payment.

Housing Conditions

Check-in time for all serviced apartments is from 2 p.m. Check-out is before 12 p.m.

In case of early check-in and late check-out (before 6 p.m.) there is an additional payment of 50% of daily rent. Late check-out after 6 p.m. requires payment equal to 100% of daily rent.

Please check the possibility of early/late check-in/check-out with your reservations manager beforehand.
