The prices are listed in rubles per 1 (one) night per apartment (not per person).
You can click on the currency converter to see the price in euros or USD.
For long staying we offer the special prices (contact your manager)
You can pay by one of following ways:
• Cash (in rubles)
• Bank transfer
• Credit Card
Intermark Serviced Apartments accepts payments with the following types of cards (except cards version Electron):
• Visa International
• MasterCard / EuroCard (except Maestro)
• JCB International
• American Express
• Diners Club International
The payment by credit card:
1. We send you a form to confirm payment by credit card and wait for email with the filled form with your signature.
2. You can also pay by credit card on arrival to the apartment (payment form).
All cancellations must be made by letter, fax or e-mail. According to the agreements reached with the company or permanent private guest, obliged to charge cancellation fees to guests as follows:
Less than 3 days prior to arrival: 1 overnight
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival: 100%
