Instruction: How to book an apartment. Easy steps. >> After the lease has been signed and paid, apartment is reserved for you. Afterwards we send confirmation of your reservation, indicate in detail the exact address of the apartment, its location on the map, the name of a meeting manager, his phone number and other important information. Check-in manager will show you the serviced apartment . He/she will give you keys and provide any additional information needed. Price The prices are listed in rubles per one night for a apartment. You can click on the currency converter to see the price in euros or USD. Included services: - Room cleaning (3 times a week) - internet access (Wi-Fi), - local phone calls - other utilities (electricity, water, gas, satellite TV) Note: Our company is not responsible for unexpected contingencies , but will do our best to resolve any problems. Payment You can pay by one of following ways: • Cash (in rubles) • Bank transfer • Credit Card Intermark Serviced Apartments accepts payments the following types of cards (except cards version Electron): • Visa International • MasterCard / EuroCard (except Maestro) • JCB International • American Express • Diners Club International The payment by credit card: 1.
