How to book an apartment. Easy steps.

Step 1.

To book an apartment, please send us a request by email sa@intermarksa.ru or call +7 495 22 189 22.

Please see all the options of the apartments on our website http://en.intermarksa.ru.
Here you can find a catalog of apartments, their descriptions, photos and video.

Step.2

Specify In the request:

• Your name

• Dates of accommodation

• Number of guests

• ID of the apartment or preferred location

• Type of apartment Standard, Business, Business+

• Contact phone number and e-mail

• Extra services: taxi, breakfast, maid service.

• Need for registration (for foreigners)

You can use the online form or order "back call“ service.

Step 3.

Reservation Manager will respond to your request within one hour
(for weekend and night-time - in the first hour of working time)

Manager will make all necessary specifications and offer the options of apartments
(if the chosen apartment is not available or there are better options)

You choose and confirm your booking

Manager will make the agreement and invoice
(manager will ask all necessary documents for the agreements)

Step 4.

Prepayment - 100%

You can pay by:

Bank transfer

Cash at arrival

Credit cards
(by payment form or by terminal at arrival)

Step 5.

Send us your flight details or arrival time (to the airport/station or to the apartment)

Reservations Manager sends Reservation Conformation (information about apartment address, map, contacts of check-in Manager)

Please contact check-in manager when you arrive in Moscow.

If you ordered "transfer" from the airport or train station, a taxi driver will meet you.

Step 6.

Check-in manager will meet you at the apartment

- Give you the keys

- Ask you to complete the Guest Form and sign the Guest rules

- Answer all questions

- Give the agreement

- Take payment for accommodation (by cash or by payment terminal)

Intermark Serviced Apartments provides temporary registration in the apartments for foreign citizens. Check-in manager will make photos of your passport, visa and migration card to make it.

Step 7.

Check-out procedure: the manager will take the apartment keys, pass documents.
